This role requires the individual to be a conceptual thinker with great ideas and solutions to help evolve our HR Department in a dynamic, creative environment. An HR Administrator must have excellent organizational and time management skills and outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
The primary function is to work with the company's Executive Leadership to execute and own day-to-day Human Resources administrative functions: onboarding, offboarding, compliance administration, maintenance of HR system of record and filing, data analysis, and general Human Resource-related administrative tasks. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. Assist with recruiting and scheduling. Maintain applicant candidate tracker Provide benefits administration support including assisting employees with enrollment in benefits. Prepare orientation new-hire packages. Planning and conducting new hire orientations presentations and ensuring documents are properly completed. Supports the onboarding process for new hires and ensures a consistent and thorough onboarding experience for incoming employees. Maintain records and overall integrity of employee record filing systems, ensuring privacy and confidentiality standards are met Maintains knowledge of HR policy and interpretation. Monitors key people metrics related to hiring, turnover, retention, engagement, performance, and supports the rollout of HR initiatives related to employee retention, engagement, and culture-building. Facilitate tracking for employee recognition programs such as celebrating employee birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones. Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and morale. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Maintain HR spreadsheets and databases ensuring information is accurate and monitored regularly Work collaboratively with various departments and all levels of employees Provide clerical and administrative support to the administration team Backup support for Office Coordinator/Receptionist/Payroll Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to think out of the box to find a solution. Resourceful team player, with the ability to also be effective independently. Ability to comprehend and follow directions from multiple leadership sources and to prioritize projects and requests. Ability to build rapport with all employees. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of HR practices, including employment law and regulations, on a Federal, State and Local level. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, administrative and best practices. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with Paylocity. Education and Experience:
Interest in a career in Human Resources. At least 1 year of HR experience is required.
