JOB SUMMARY
The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately pulling and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, steady work history, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as walking long distances, standing for extended periods, and lifting packages. The position ensures timely, accurate, and safe order fulfillment to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately pick and pull customer orders based on order specifications. Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment. Use warehouse computer systems or handheld devices to track and confirm orders. Ensure accuracy and quality control in all orders processed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous picking and packing experience required. Steady work history with proven reliability. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use order management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk up to 12 miles per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
