Hospitality Intern

for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.

This internship offers hands-on experience in food service operations and fan hospitality. You'll help run concessions, manage staff, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, fun, and memorable experience at DockHounds games and events.

Duties & Responsibilities Set up and break down stations and club level areas for events and games. Oversee operational aspects of concessions and food service areas. Ensure compliance with food safety, handling, storage, and sanitation guidelines. Deliver quality, timely service while providing an exceptional fan experience. Manage inventory and assist with ordering food and beverages from vendors. Help train and supervise concessions staff, fostering a productive and fun work environment. Perform operational tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining service areas. Collaborate with other departments on game day and special events as needed. Ability to lift 30+ pounds and handle physical tasks required for concessions operations.

Internship Details

Schedule:

Mid-April-Mid-September 2026 (includes office hours, 50 home games, and events such as concerts, festivals, and community appearances). Compensation:

Up to$3,000 for the summer. Location:

Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI. Focus:

Gain hands-on experience in food service operations, event management, and fan hospitality within a professional sports setting.
