Job Scope and Tasks:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with warm and friendly demeanor. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, professionally, and accurately. Provide information and assist callers by answering inquiries or referring them to appropriate individuals. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Manage the incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail or packages. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support company events, including meeting preparations and catering arrangements. Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Job Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations. Knowledge of office equipment operations and basic troubleshooting.
