Our client is seeking a

Change and Incident Manager

to oversee the resolution of high-priority incidents and the implementation of change management strategies. This role involves coordinating critical incident calls, developing structured plans for organizational change, and managing a small team. This is an onsite role based in Broward County, FL. Change and Incident Manager's Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and support a team of coordinators handling change and incident management activities Lead major incident calls by driving collaboration across internal technology teams and external partners Oversee triage activities, ensure timely communication, and minimize business impact during outages Provide concise, executive-level updates on incident scope, progress, and resolution Ensure documentation and "run books" for incident response are created, maintained, and improved Review and approve production changes within defined guidelines to ensure timely resolution of incidents Change and Incident Manager's Qualifications and Skills:
