At Danfoss, every product that leaves our warehouse represents a promise to our customers. As a Shipping Assistant, youll play a key role in keeping that promisemaking sure materials move quickly, accurately, and safely to meet delivery deadlines.
Youll be part of a collaborative warehouse team that ensures our finished goods get where they need to go, when they need to get there. Your attention to detail and reliability will directly impact how smoothly our operations run and how satisfied our customers are.

What Youll Be Doing
Process outgoing shipments by preparing, packaging, and labeling orders for timely delivery.
Verify accuracy by checking items and quantities against delivery notes and updating records.
Handle stock movement between warehouse and storage areas to maintain clear inventory control.
Support loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following safety rules and keeping tools, equipment, and storage areas in good order.
What We're Looking For
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 13 months of related experience or training in shipping, warehouse, or logistics.
Skills:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and good attendance record.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Licenses: Certified or licensed to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required by the business.
