About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to spearhead the development of a research OS tailored for fundamental investors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in transforming the way financial information is structured and presented, with a focus on creating a time-aware intelligence graph that goes beyond simple document summarization. This role is pivotal in automating the ingestion of various financial data sources, allowing analysts to concentrate on generating original, high-conviction ideas. The Head of Product will work closely with the CEO and CTO, engaging directly with customers, and will be deeply involved in the product process, from strategy to execution. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, with a strong background in either capital markets technology or workflow management products. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a proven track record of shipping products in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the workflows of buy-side analysts and PMs, particularly in the front office of hedge funds or alternative investment firms. Key responsibilities include building and leading product teams, shaping a focused product roadmap, and fostering a product culture centered on curiosity, quality, and rapid iteration. The Head of Product will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, make independent decisions, and prioritize speed over perfection in the product development process.
