Job Description
Corporate Payroll Services is actively seeking a Recruiter to join our team! The position will be the face of the company in our recruiting efforts, and will assist in finding, recruiting, interviewing and helping with the hiring decisions for various positions within the company. This individual will focus on sourcing candidates for all branches across the U.S. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sales recruiting. This individual should be a collaborative team player and focused on providing the best-in-class recruitment for our business.

Commission Potential:
One-time, $100 per each hire that is retained 6 months

JOB DUTIES
- Develop pools of prospective, passive candidates via recruitment tools, job boards, ads, referrals, telephone calls, and emails.
- Proactively and selectively search for individuals with specific skills, experiences and knowledge for openings using Boolean searches.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Leverage talent and recruitment tools to improve branding, talent sourcing, and talent assessment.
- Collaborate with the management team to define and identify talent needs. • Provide initial impressions and overall suitability through phone and in-person interviews.
- Clarify, communicate, and market our brand to prospective candidates.
- **Other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in corporate recruiting
- Must have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Must be highly proficient with Boolean searching for recruiting talent
- Computer-literate with knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Excellent documentation and communication skills • Ability to work individually and in a team environment to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn system functionality quickly
- Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges
