Position Highlights Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists Procedures can include, but are not limited to: simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc. Full-time, schedule can be 4 or 4.5 workdays per week Must be comfortable working with advanced providers What makes an Optum organization different? Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based on experience and metrics. Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws.
