GENERAL: Support and assist product team across full development cycle from product development through to final production.

 

  • Assist in managing the flow of specs, samples, and materials for timely, accurate, and profitable execution of product designs. 
  • Maintain documentation and tracking of all materials and designs in process, communicating daily with overseas vendors. 
  • Organize the development archives for all materials, requesting missing or delayed submits from all overseas vendors. 
  • Ship all outbound packages from the office
  • Track incoming packages to the office, communicating to team members as needed to ensure timely delivery of assets to maintain timelines and meet milestone deadlines.
  • Follow up and track lab dips, handlooms, strike offs, washing, after treatment and trim submits 
  • Support the Production Manager with incoming vendor bulk submits and trim cards for approval and help keep an organized archive. 
  • Assist with updating and maintanence of style master, trackers and charts to ensure cross-functional data sharing is accurate and up-to-date
  • Coordinate movement of protos and samples between corporate offices as needed
  • Act as liaison between warehouse and production leadership during inspection and receiving
  • Provide support to team on preparation of development and pre-production communication including techpacks, corrections

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office--Excel and Outlook 
  • Collaborative team player 
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills 
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects 
  • Exceptional organization skills required as well as the ability to proactively self-prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
  • Has a sense of urgency in managing time and while accomplishing tasks 

Candidates must have good visual acuity, posses normal manual dexterity and hand eye coordination.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to Vernon, CA
