As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding their accounts and orders.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
