About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Head of Business Recruiting to lead a large team of recruiters and oversee the hiring process for all non-tech functions on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence in a high-volume environment, managing stakeholders, and driving insights and change through data and analytics. This role requires a leader who can handle escalations with transparency and thoroughness, balance global and localized hiring strategies, and manage a team that includes several levels of management. The Head of Business Recruiting will also be tasked with building and retaining a top-notch recruiting team, driving process improvement, and engaging the team to ensure cohesion and high performance. Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in a similar high-volume recruiting environment, with experience in global team leadership, particularly in India and EMEA. The role demands a leader with foresight, the ability to create quotas and forecast performance, and a hands-on approach to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, be adept at using data and analytics, and have a history of driving process improvements. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment are essential, as is the capacity to take and give feedback in a direct and constructive manner.
