🔧 Maintenance Engineering Technician – Day & Night Shifts 🔧

📍 Location: Lodi, CA

📄 Duration: Contract (with potential extension or conversion)

💲 Pay Rate: $30–$34/hr base pay (DOE) + 11% night shift differential + weekly overtime

Kelly Engineering is hiring multiple Maintenance Engineering Technicians to join our client, a global leader in diagnostics, at their Lodi, CA facility. These roles support high-volume, automated manufacturing operations. 🕑 Shifts & Schedules

☀️ Day Shift (C Shift): 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Wed–Fri + alternating Saturdays

🌙 Night Shift (D Shift): 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Wed–Fri + alternating Saturdays

⚡ 12-hour shifts = built-in weekly overtime at time and a half

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated filling & packaging equipment
• Support TPM activities (CIL, centerlines, PMs, changeovers)
• Work with Engineers & Operators to reduce downtime and machine faults
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting
• Document downtime and maintenance activities in company systems

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 High School diploma or GED required; AA/Technical degree preferred
• 🔧 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (or 1+ year with technical degree)
• ⚙️ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• 🤖 Experience with automation lines, robotics, PLCs, or vision systems preferred
• 💪 Comfortable with physical work (standing, squatting, moving equipment)
• 🏭 Industry backgrounds welcome: medical device, food processing, dairy, wineries, or other automation-driven facilities
• 🕐 Willing to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
