The Company is in search of a Vice President of Electrical Sales for its Wheatland Tube brand. The successful candidate will be a highly engaging sales leader with a proven track record in the electrical industry, particularly in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams. This executive role is pivotal in overseeing all commercial activities, including sales performance, revenue growth, and market expansion in the US and Canada. The VP will be responsible for managing the electrical business, building a strong sales team, driving new product development, and leading commercial strategy execution. Executive-level relationship development with key customers and industry organizations is also a key aspect of the role.
Candidates for the VP position should have a minimum of ten years of sales leadership experience, with at least five years in a senior leadership role within the electrical industry. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The VP will be expected to have high ethical standards, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and drive change across multiple industry associations. The position also requires the ability to travel within the US and Canada, with an average of 60% travel.
