Our client, a leading pet food manufacturer is seeking a Shift Lead to join their team. As a Shift Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting several departments. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, strategic thinking and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Dunkirk NY
Pay: $27.13
Shift: 10:30pm-7:30am
What’s the Job?
- Lead and supervise team members to ensure operational success
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment, following all safety protocols
- Manage shift schedules and staffing needs
- Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Prepare and submit reports as required by management
What’s Needed?
- Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Minimum 1 year of management experience required
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Strong computer skills preferred
