The successful candidate will be responsible for core HR operations, systems, and compliance, and will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient and employee-centric processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, a Master's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience, with at least 10 years' in HR, including 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in scaling HR operations, enhancing workflows, and a proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential. Director/VP of People Operations at the company include managing immigration administration, contractor and contingent workforce processes, and driving data analytics for workforce trends and organizational effectiveness.
