Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, as well as leading the team in incident response and crisis management. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong commitment to customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Applicants for the Senior Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information services, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 20 years' in information systems and 10 years' in hands-on cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting robust cybersecurity strategies, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and managing staff to foster high-performance cultures.
