Job Summary
Join a global leader in wireless infrastructure as a Construction Manager (CM) supporting site development and capital improvement projects across a nationwide portfolio. As a CM, you will ensure construction execution aligns with safety standards, project timelines, and quality expectations. This is a high-impact, field-oriented position with oversight of end-to-end construction activities, budgets, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee field construction activities across a defined geographic region
Manage project budgets, schedules, vendors, and materials
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory protocols
Partner cross-functionally to deliver on-time and on-budget assets
Review and approve site designs and utility coordination
Anticipate risk and develop preventative action plans
Address and resolve client or subcontractor issues
Provide consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
8+ years in wireless site construction or related field (civil, building)
4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Planning, or equivalent experience
Telecom-specific field experience within the last 12 months
Strong understanding of wireless tower development, leases, easements, zoning
Prior experience managing network deployment or construction projects
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in global or large-scale telecom portfolios
Financial acumen in construction budgeting and analysis
Required Skills
Ability to manage remote construction teams and vendors
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in managing site development processes and documentation
Effective communication across functional teams and leadership
Organized and adaptable in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in wireless telecom
Familiarity with site utility design and service coordination
Presentation skills for reporting project progress and issues
Additional Requirements
Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Willingness to travel up to 80% regionally
