🚨 Hiring: Outside Sales Representative – Commercial New Construction (Hunter Role!)🚨

Our client, the nation’s leading commercial landscaping partner, is expanding their team!

They’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Outside B2B Hunter to target commercial new construction projects and win large-scale landscaping design + install opportunities.

🌟They don’t just install landscapes—they bring entire outdoor environments to life for some of the most high-profile commercial projects across the country. You’ll have the backing of the #1 brand in the industry , an estimating/bidding team to support your efforts, and a CRM with active opportunities—so you can focus on what you do best: hunting, building relationships, and closing deals.

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Target and win new construction commercial landscaping projects ($1M–$1.5M range).
  • Hunt and network with General Contractors, builders, developers, landscape architects, and C-suite decision makers.
  • Manage a 6–18 month sales cycle from prospecting → closing.

🔑 What They’re Looking For:

  • 2–7 years B2B sales experience in commercial construction (Hunter roles only).
  • Strong General Contractor and builder relationships are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas (metrics, deal sizes, and sales cycles).
  • Resilient, energetic, and relentless closer—not an account manager, not an inside rep. A true hunter.

📍 Location: Homestead, FL & surrounding markets (regional travel expected).
