  Responsibilities:

Promoting and selling our premier vacation packages to guests at Cabela's

Engage with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences

Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages

Offer concierge services by recommending dining options and attractions, while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages to our destinations

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service

Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets

Collaborate with team members to share effective processes and foster collective success

Compensation/Benefits:

Hourly + uncapped commission average reps earn $65-120k+ annually

  What Are we Looking For:

Qualified candidates should have a passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement

A dedication to providing world-class customer service is crucial

Previous sales experience is preferred

Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary

Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment is required

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is needed

A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service is required

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required

A High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Ability to work on-site at Bass Pro Shops

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent



• At least 18 years old



• Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred.



• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably.



• Must have basic computer knowledge.



• Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift.
