Role Description
Sales Consultant / Business Development Specialist who can:
- Design and implement a sales program (processes, outreach strategy, pricing/terms structure, etc.).
- Set up or refine a CRM that integrates with Shopify (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or even Shopify’s own CRM extensions).
- Execute client outreach to high-end residential and hospitality interior designers.
- Train or hand off the system to your team at the end of the 3 months so it’s sustainable.

We are a boutique manufacturer of high-end ceramic lamps, supplying luxury residential and hospitality interior designers. We are seeking an experienced sales professional for a 3-month part-time engagement to help us formalize and accelerate our sales program.
Responsibilities
- Develop a structured sales program tailored to the luxury design industry.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Shopify integrations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter able to design, implement, and execute with minimal oversight.
- Hospitality design sales experience is a plus.
Commitment
