Role Description

Sales Consultant / Business Development Specialist who can:

  1. Design and implement a sales program (processes, outreach strategy, pricing/terms structure, etc.).
  2. Set up or refine a CRM that integrates with Shopify (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or even Shopify’s own CRM extensions).
  3. Execute client outreach to high-end residential and hospitality interior designers.
  4. Train or hand off the system to your team at the end of the 3 months so it’s sustainable.

We are a boutique manufacturer of high-end ceramic lamps, supplying luxury residential and hospitality interior designers. We are seeking an experienced sales professional for a 3-month part-time engagement to help us formalize and accelerate our sales program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a structured sales program tailored to the luxury design industry.
  • Select and implement a CRM system that integrates with Shopify for tracking leads, clients, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to residential and hospitality interior designers across the U.S.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and handoff of systems/processes for internal use at project completion.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in high-end design, furnishings, or luxury goods.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Shopify integrations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter able to design, implement, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Hospitality design sales experience is a plus.

Commitment

  • Part-time, project-based role (~15–20 hrs/week) for 3 months.
  • Flexible schedule, combination of remote and occasional on-site if local.
