LHH is partnering with a national residential maintenance/remodeling firm in search of a Field Project Manager who to join their Cleveland, OH market. In this role, you will provide leadership on job sites ensuring projects are being completed for residents and property managers alike. In this role you will communicate with customers, provide direction to staff and subcontractors and update Senior Leadership. This is a direct hire position that pays between $80K - $90K/year + a $10K-$15K bonus/year and unlimited commissions. Here are more details about this job:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management and oversight of remodeling projects averaging $40K/project
- Oversight of schedules, budgets and quality standards
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact to resolve concerns, troubleshoot issues and strengthen contract opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 4+ years of experience working in residential construction managing projects
- Someone who has relationships with general contractors in their local markets
- Strong understanding of general maintenance (appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, handyman type work)
