Our two Principals, each with national experience, provide hands-on leadership and attention to every project.

Position Overview

We have an immediate need for a full-time Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager to join our team on-site in Houston, TX. This role will be responsible for managing architectural projects, overseeing timelines, coordinating project submittals, and ensuring that project specifications are met.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Architecture and Architectural Project Management.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; professional licensure is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and MS Office Suite is required; experience with AutoCAD and Twinmotion is plus.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
• Well-versed in typical building systems and the ability to lead the production of construction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisory experience, including guiding and managing project team members to ensure direction, organization, and quality control.
• Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset to meet deadlines.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and be a current resident of the contiguous United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all phases of complex architectural projects, including programming, design, presentation drawings, construction documents, specifications, construction administration, project management, and client communications through project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables meet established requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure code compliance.
• Demonstrate strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types.
• Maintain effective communication with the project team and Principals, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
