Hello Network, got another exciting role for a electrical project manager to be working in large scale industrial and commercial projects to be working across the carolinas.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical scopes of work across industrial and commercial construction projects throughout North and South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex electrical systems safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of electrical project delivery from planning through commissioning.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of electrical works.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and client standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, resolving issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, and other trades.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and material tracking for electrical components.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management within industrial or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
  • Familiarity with construction sequencing, safety protocols, and QA/QC processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel across North and South Carolina as required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and electrical design software.
  • OSHA 30 and PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Projects involving data centers, manufacturing facilities, or large commercial buildings.
  • Experience managing multi-discipline teams and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and sustainable design practices.
