I'm partnered with a top civil engineering and land development firm in Dallas, which is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Dallas office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and professional development.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and city/county staff to move projects forward.
- Oversee QA/QC, permitting, construction administration, and contractor coordination.
- Balance multiple active projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles for land development.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, CAD, and related production software.
- Experience with cost estimating, construction administration, and permitting.
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including 4+ years as a Project Manager (or similar leadership role).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent with relevant experience).
