Leader in electrical construction is looking to bring on an experienced Electrical Estimator & Project Manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic team in Montana and Wyoming. In this role, you’ll evaluate and bid projects using Accubid, Bluebeam, and Live Count, meet directly with clients and contractors to grow relationships, and identify new market opportunities. You will also manage small to mid-size electrical projects from start to finish, leveraging prefabrication to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, strong interpersonal skills, and a self-starter mindset.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Lead electrical estimating for small to mid-size projects, creating accurate bids and ensuring proposals meet client expectations
• Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships while identifying new market opportunities to drive growth and profitability
• Manage project timelines and leverage prefabrication to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Analyze current markets (geography, market share, customer service mix) and identify new opportunities
• Manage small to mid-size electrical projects from start to finish

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in estimating and project management in the construction space, preferably in the electrical area
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
• Motivated self-starter who enjoys responsibility and impact

Where and How Much:

• Target Compensation $80-90K + Discretionary bonus
