We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in networking, systems, and data center technologies, with a career path that transitioned from network engineering or infrastructure engineering into project management . Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects , including network upgrades, server/storage implementations, cloud migrations, data center consolidations, and enterprise rollouts.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables .
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear project plans and business outcomes.
- Manage multiple, concurrent infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop project documentation (charters, roadmaps, schedules, status reports, risk/issue logs).
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation plans, and communicate updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations and security standards (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) when applicable.
- Partner with IT leadership to continuously improve infrastructure delivery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or PMP certification a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years managing infrastructure-focused projects .
- Prior background in network engineering, systems administration, or data center operations highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless), virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare IT environments is a strong plus (Epic, Cerner, or hospital infrastructure projects).
- PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party contractors.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in healthcare.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
