With a growing workforce of over 50 employees, they are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects with a focus on performance, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely project completion
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate communication among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities
  • Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
  • Lead procurement efforts, including material purchasing and subcontractor negotiations
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality control standards
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, including RFIs, change orders, reports, and budget tracking
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
  • JOC (Job Order Contracting) project experience is required
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical documents, and specifications
  • Proven problem-solving ability with the capacity to make strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards (OSHA certification preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines with attention to detail
