Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial E-commerce Marketing & Operations Manager to grow our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel and marketplace channels. This role goes beyond digital marketing — you’ll also be hands-on with logistics, inventory planning, and operational execution to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless brand experience from first click to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Growth

o Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Shopify and other sales platforms.

o Manage and optimize email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo), CRM activities, and customer retention strategies.

o Partner with agencies or manage in-house execution for Meta & Google ad campaigns .

o Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS) and deliver actionable insights.

  • E-commerce Operations & Logistics

o Oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and forecasting across DTC and marketplace channels.

o Coordinate with HQ and 3PL partners to ensure smooth logistics, fulfillment, and on-time delivery .

o Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring product availability and compliance.

o Monitor order flow, returns, and customer service issues, proactively resolving operational challenges.

  • Channel Management

o Develop and maintain a promotional calendar aligned with launches and campaigns.

o Support creative asset needs for DTC, retail, and social in partnership with the brand marketing team.

o Contribute to new customer acquisition strategies and emerging channel tests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Shopify DTC marketing and/or e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads , as well as email automation (Klaviyo preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and 3PL coordination .
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA, Shopify reports, etc.).
  • Background in beauty, fashion, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred for effective collaboration with HQ.
