We are passionate about creating quality shoes and boots designed to fit the modern lifestyle. Weyco Group Inc. is seeking a senior graphic designer. As a senior graphic designer, you will work with the brand team and the creative team to translate key business objectives into stunning visual communications. From ideation to delivery, you will work to make sure all visual communications meet the business objectives and fit the brand’s personality. Independently manage projects from ideation through delivery. • Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. • Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies for campaigns. • Art direct photo and video shoots. • Collaborate with eCommerce team to design promotional campaigns and product launches. • Maintain and manage brand consistency across all platforms. • Mentor graphic designers. Strong portfolio showcasing art direction, branding, and design skills. • A self-starter who thrives in an independent, creative role. • Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and brand-driven creativity. • Organized, resourceful, and able to take full ownership of projects. 5+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or related roles. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD) and Figma. • Digital, print and packaging design knowledge.
