24 Seven Talent is hiring: Assistant Designer in Los Angeles

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 1-3 years of experience in elevated LA brands

• Experience in RTW categories

• Solid/exceptional CAD skills is critical

• Prior PD experience would be super helpful

• Strong with Adobe – Illustrator, In-Design & Microsoft Excel is a must

• They will be working with lots of grids and spreadsheets (fabric, development, etc) – strong organizational skills

• Basic solid understanding of linesheets and techpacks is important

• Strong communication skills

• Experience working with overseas teams and vendors would be helpful

• They will monitor and manage all details of the fabric development calendars/grid for multiple programs

• They will manage a fabric library of core fabrics that meet costing criteria

• Support the design team with daily tasks such as sending out packages to overseas vendors, sample tracking and receiving, general tidiness and organization

• Support with preliminary design research and assemble presentation boards for meetings

• Must be organized and detail-oriented

• Must show lots of initiative
