Software Engineer, Google Store, Reverse Logistics
Google Store is the first party e-commerce site for Google's expanding portfolio of hardware products and associated services. The Reverse Logistics team is directly responsible for the customer experience on product returns, repairs, replacements, warranty claims and customer support resulting in customer satisfactions and cost savings. Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end backend systems to power new experiences and capabilities on Google Store. Establish and track to clear project milestones across multiple quarters. Closely collaborate with TLs, Project Managers, UX, Engineering and external teams like transportations and operations. Address customer issues when escalated by agents, and identify and fix system issues. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience with software development in the Java programming language. 2 years of experience building and developing infrastructure or distributed systems. Experience with Apps framework. Preferred Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Experience with software engineering best practices. Experience with infrastructure tools such as Boq, Spanner, and F1.
