Offers flexible scheduling Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. About the Practice Modern, well-equipped facility with 6 operatories for dentists and 3 for hygiene CBCT, Primescan, and Overjet technology PPO/Medicaid patient mix Average daily doctor production: $4,000 Collection rate: 90% Team includes: 1 FT dentist, 2 hygienists, OM, 3 front desk, 1 RDH with hygiene assistant, and 3 dental assistants Ideal Candidate 3+ years of clinical experience preferred Comfortable with endodontics and surgical extractions Committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Michigan Compensation $850/day initial period (6-12 months) 32% of net collections thereafter Why Join Us?
