We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Fleet Planning & Strategy to own recurring and ad-hoc analyses for Frontier’s current fleet and to lead the FP&A team in aligning financial planning with operational strategy. What Will You Be Doing? The Sr. Manager, Fleet Planning & Strategy is responsible for owning recurring and ad-hoc analyses for Frontier’s current fleet. The role is a leader within the FP&A group and will coordinate with the maintenance team to combine financial and operational planning to optimize economic outcomes. This role will work with internal stakeholders to define opportunities for the Fleet Planning & Strategy team, develop the group as the airline grows, and serve as a subject matter expert on fleet, maintenance agreements, lessor agreements, and company strategy. The role will build and execute the company’s fleet plan and lead alternative plans as the business environment changes. You will lead a high-performing, nimble and innovative team. You will collaborate with senior leaders, drive the financial strategy, coordinate across teams, and embed robust financial planning. You will lead strategic initiatives that improve financial and operational performance. The role reports to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. Essential Functions

Strategic planning and innovation Identify and evaluate strategic fleet opportunities, including subleases, subfleet, lease extensions, maintenance scope decisions, and other ad-hoc initiatives. Identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, consistency, and innovation, plus risk identification and mitigation planning. Portfolio ownership and program management Oversee three-statement models of the current fleet to inform short and long-term forecasting and fleet strategy. Be the point person for shop-heavy maintenance visit expectations and cash flows. Manage company-wide bi-weekly fleet brief and register. Stakeholder alignment Lead and execute cross-functionally with FP&A, Fleet, Sourcing, Network/Schedule Planning, Maintenance, Accounting, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align goals. Team leadership Address gaps in fleet management and identify future opportunities; align fleet responsibilities across teams and ensure resources meet upcoming needs. Manage and mentor direct reports on the FP&A team. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred fields include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative disciplines. 6+ years of experience in finance, consulting, operations management, or related fields. 4+ years of direct people leadership experience. Experience with data analytics (SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial. Prior airline industry experience is beneficial.
