Senior Survey Scientist, Search Growth Systems UXR
Google is seeking a Senior Survey Scientist in San Francisco, CA, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA; or New York, NY, USA. Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. Responsibilities and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting, or similar. Experience in survey design and analysis. Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field. 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership. 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization. Experience with experimental design, scale development and validation, and unmoderated studies. Ability to communicate user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact. Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities. Incorporate technical and business requirements into research.
