The client is a global leader in business transformation and management through the use of technology. Responsibilities:

design and implement the end-to-end architecture for the Experience Management Office (XMO), ensuring seamless integration of tools, platforms, and technical components aligned with the organization’s strategic vision, lead the integration and optimization of experience-focused systems such as Power BI, SysTrack, Nexthink, and other Digital Experience Monitoring and analytics platforms to deliver unified insights and support employee experience initiatives, configure and tailor experience management tools to organizational needs, ensuring accurate data capture, processing, and analysis across platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data engineers, UX researchers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the architecture supports strategic goals and operational requirements, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, integration workflows, and configuration guidelines; provide knowledge transfer to support long-term sustainability of the XMO environment, drive the technical setup of ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (or similar), and create complex data models across diverse data sources, including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Redshift, automate integration and transformation tasks using scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell, build and maintain secure, scalable APIs (REST/SOAP) to ensure efficient data exchange between systems. Requirements:

proven experience in designing and delivering complex technical solutions, ideally within experience management or digital workplace environments, solid programming knowledge, particularly in C#, SQL, and the Entity Framework, hands-on experience in building and managing ELT pipelines, using tools such as Azure Data Factory or equivalent data integration platforms, advanced skills in developing data models from heterogeneous data sources with varying structures and formats, practical experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift, proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell, with a focus on automation of integration workflows and data transformation, strong expertise in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP APIs for smooth and secure system interoperability, excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
