We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's reputable dental office. The office is seeking
an experienced
dentist to work
full time . This is a
private office
with a wonderful team and a busy patient base already developed. This is a
state of the art
office with a scanner, a pan, digital x-rays and paperless charting. General restorative
procedures
are all that is required, but of course if a dentist can do advanced procedures that is a plus. There is good collaboration and mentoring with the other dentist but they do need experience. They're offering a very competitive guarantee an % of production, as well as

in the future. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs. Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Provide specialized care in areas such as pediatrics, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Administer root canal therapy and other complex dental treatments as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient care. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus. Knowledge of endodontics, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy is advantageous. Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and infection control standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
