Job Description - Front Desk Supervisor - DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Chicago- Magnificent Mile is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team! This contemporary, vibrant, and newly redesigned hotel is located just a few steps to Michigan Avenue shopping and the sights of Navy Pier. The Front Desk Supervisor is a full-time position, working rotating/flexible shifts, starting at either 7am to 3pm, or 3pm to 11pm. Some overnights may be required. Weekends and holidays required. Our current wage range for this role is $24.00-$25.00 per hour. Provides guest service, guidance, and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. Assigns and instructs team members in details of work. Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. Trains, supervises, schedules, and assists in evaluating staff. Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Front Office Supervisor Experience. Knowledge of OnQ and Voice systems is always a plus.
