QA - Senior Business Analyst

Participates in support of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, both from an operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Ensures a company's products, services, or processes meet established quality standards by reviewing procedures, conducting audits, identifying potential issues, and suggesting improvements to maintain high quality across all operations. Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas. Audit Planning and Execution : Develop and execute audit plans to assess the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance with regulations and standards. Risk Assessment : Identify and evaluate risks associated with IT Infrastructure and processes, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate these risks. Documentation and Reporting : Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and risk assessments, and communicate results to management and stakeholders. Collaboration : Work closely with the business units to understand system designs, security practices, and overall risk management strategies. Continuous Improvement : Recommend improvements to IT processes and controls based on audit findings and industry best practices. Compliance Monitoring : Ensure that the organization’s IT systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Documentation Review : Review of the Client Deliverables developed by other team members. What we're looking for
Experience : 5+ years as a business analyst in the healthcare industry, and at least 2+ years in Audit Planning and Execution, Risk Assessment, etc. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, operating systems, and network security. Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Communication Skills : Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Writing Skills : Generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Educational Background : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field is typically required. Certifications : Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar are often preferred. Preferred Skills

must reside within 1 hour commuting distance to office in Gold River, CA. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation The pay range for this position is $74,300.00 - $106,100.00 per year.
