Join our Developer Productivity Team and play a key role in shaping the future of how we build and deliver software. As a Senior Software Engineer to Software Engineer 2, you will focus on creating tools, automation, and infrastructure that enhance the productivity of our development teams. You will work on improving developer workflows, reducing manual processes, and ensuring a seamless development experience across the organization. Your expertise in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), full-stack development (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python), and infrastructure will be critical in driving productivity initiatives. A great fit for an individual contributor who is interested in growing into a leadership role; this position is a path to management. Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain internal tools that improve developer workflow efficiency Implement automation solutions for common development tasks Contribute to monitoring systems for developer productivity metrics Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to identify pain points Write clear documentation for tools and processes Support and maintain existing developer tools Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Required Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of software development experience Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, TypeScript) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS OR GCP OR Azure) Understanding of software development lifecycle and RESTful API design and development Experience with version control systems (Git) Preferred Qualifications

Experience building internal developer platforms or developer tools Knowledge of infrastructure as code Experience with workflow automation Familiarity with monitoring tools Contributions to open-source projects Experience with API design Key Competencies
