Spending* Voluntary benefits, including:* Home / Auto Insurance discounts* Whole Life Insurance / Critical Illness Insurance / Legal Assistance / Military Leave**What You Will Be Doing*** Global Strategy Development: Designs and implements a comprehensive global labor and employee relations strategy that aligns with organizational objectives, ensuring proactive engagement with members and alignment with business goals.* Union and Works Council Leadership: Oversees global union and works council strategies, leads collective bargaining negotiations in the U.S., and ensures effective relationship management across international operations.* Budget Management:

Oversee the allocation of resources, budget, and personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet operational and strategic goals.* Dispute Resolution: Advises leadership and HR teams on resolving grievances, arbitrations, and disputes, prioritizing solutions that strengthen member relations and minimize organizational risks.* Leadership Training and Empowerment: Develops and delivers tailored training programs for leaders and HR teams to enhance understanding of labor relations best practices and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.**What We Are Looking For*** Labor Relations Expertise: Deep knowledge of collective bargaining, works councils, and labor law compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions.* Negotiation: Skilled in leading high-stakes negotiations, including collective bargaining agreements, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.* Employee Engagement: Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that foster positive member engagement and trust.* Strategic Planning: Experienced in building and executing long-term strategies aligned with organizational and workforce goals.* Collaboration: Adept at working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.* Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to resolve complex labor relations challenges with innovative, practical solutions.* Leadership Development: Experienced in training and empowering leaders to navigate labor relations and foster strong team dynamics.* Analytical Thinking: Skilled in analyzing labor trends, workforce dynamics, and external factors to inform proactive decision-making.* Crisis Management: Proficient in managing time-sensitive workforce issues and mitigating risks in high-pressure environments.* Innovation: The ability to identify and implement new solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in processes.Application window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
