VNHOperations Planner

serves as a specialized Project Officer supporting theplanning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of Virtual Neptune Hawk eventswithin a simulator setting. Reporting to the NH Team Lead and collaboratingwith the broader NH Team at JBPH-H, this position focuses on operationalplanning for both simulated and live NEPTUNE HAWK exercises, as well as other directedevents. The planner ensures realism and relevance in simulation scenarios,contributes to after-action reviews, and supports mission success throughtechnical and operational expertise. KeyResponsibilities VNH Event Planning and Execution Support the Active Duty NH OCE Leadplanners and NH Team Lead throughout the full VNH Joint ExerciseLifecycle. Coordinate the development,integration, and execution of realistic scenarios in simulationenvironments, including intelligence, logistics, and AOC-like functions. Design threat presentations, createsimulated orders of battle, and develop scenario injects to engageparticipants. Support after-action reviewprocesses to identify improvement areas in simulated operations. Technical and Operational Expertise Work with high-fidelity combatsimulator design and functionality. Integrate live, virtual, andconstructive (LVC) elements into exercise planning. Translate real-world operationalconcepts into simulation environments, focusing on tactical aircraft andAir Battle Management. Security and Compliance Maintain strict security protocols,handle classified material accountability, and adhere to SAP/STO and ACCMeligibility requirements. Keep security clearances up-to-dateand comply with polygraph and indoctrination agreements as required. Communication and Liaison Prepare and deliver briefings forSenior Officers and external agencies on simulation capabilities, ongoingoperations, planning issues, and exercises. Coordinate with national-levelagencies, DoD, Combatant Commands, and intelligence agencies for exerciseintegration. Program Support and Evaluation Provide system-specific training to STOpersonnel. Evaluate SAP capabilities forintegration and realism. Serve as focal point for STO programactivities and documentation. Participate in live-fly NEPTUNE HAWKevents when duties permit. The disclosedrange estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differentialassociated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte,it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the rangefor their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts andcircumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$113,325 to $188,875.
