Work on start-ups, joint ventures, M&A, private equity buyouts, capital markets work and general banking work. Demonstrate seniority with a track record of delivering high-quality work for high-net-worth clients, and actively participate in business development and client relationships. Help shape the firm’s approach and avoid traditional targets while fostering growth and client service excellence. Qualifications
5+ years PQE or a proven track record of producing high-quality work for HNW clients over several years. Senior-level experience with the capability to lead and develop a corporate practice. Benefits
