We’re hiring our third Product Manager to work closely with our first and second PMs, our world-class Design team, and our product-focused CEO. You’ll own meaningful areas of our product end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Responsibilities Lead discovery by turning problems into hypotheses, running user research, and scanning the competitive landscape Convert insights into ready-to-build specs, structured experiments, and release plans Drive execution with Engineering and Design from kickoff through launch Define and track success metrics; measure, optimize, and iterate post-launch Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Clinical, Partnerships, and GTM to ensure successful adoption Stay sharp by test-driving best-in-class products and applying emerging trends Qualifications 3–7 years of Product Management experience in consumer or marketplaces 2+ years at a fast-growing, early-stage startup Experience shipping mobile apps (front-end emphasis) and technically complex products Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog Bonus: experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or product design Tech Data: SQL, dbt, Mixpanel/Amplitude/PostHog, Looker/Mode Design/Research: Figma, FigJam, interviews, surveys Delivery: Jira/Linear, Notion, Slack Experimentation: built-in or platform-based A/B testing Benefits Equity: meaningful ownership in a high-growth company Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible PTO, parental leave Hybrid model with tools and support for remote work
