We are seeking a dedicated Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, you’ll develop and execute sales and marketing plans for the community and meets budgeted occupancy goals for the community thorough internal and external sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet occupancy goals
Manage the inquiry-to-move-in process, building trust with prospective residents and their families
Conduct tours, presentations, and follow-up communications that reflect our community’s warmth and quality of care
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track key sales metrics
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth, welcoming move-in experiences
Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior organizations, and other community partners
Qualifications
Proven success in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect on an emotional and practical level
Knowledge of the local senior care market preferred
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Passion for helping seniors and their families find the right home
