About the Company

We build and deliver endless games powered by AI – blending creativity, interactivity, and cutting-edge technology to let people create, play, and share in entirely new ways. We are looking for passionate engineers who love game-oriented web experiences, performance, and clean, scalable code. What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain web-based frontends with React and Next.js, delivering high-performance, responsive, and interactive user experiences.

Collaborate with backend/Node.js teams to integrate APIs, WebSockets, real-time updates, etc.

Ensure high code quality, maintainable architecture, modular components, and reusable UI libraries.

Optimise for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, mockups and prototypes into polished, usable interfaces.

Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement of our development process.

Debug, fix bugs, and refactor legacy code, pushing for test coverage, tooling, and best practices.

Stay current with frontend technologies, performance optimisation, and emerging trends in web development and gaming UIs.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves: Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.

Deep experience with React, building component-driven UIs.

Experience using Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), routing, performance optimisations etc.

Familiarity with backend / full stack work using Node.js (building or integrating with APIs, working with server-side logic).

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (or preprocessed CSS: SASS, LESS, styled-components, etc.), responsive design.

Good understanding of browser internals (rendering, performance, security), and web performance optimisation.

Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, testing (unit/integration), and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc).

Computer Science Degree.

Nice-to-haves: Experience in game frontends or interactive graphics / canvas / WebGL or similar.

Experience with real-time features: sockets, live updates.

Familiarity with cloud hosting, serverless functions, or edge functions.

Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards.

Experience with monitoring / error tracking / analytics in production.

What You’ll Bring

Strong problem-solving mindset, pragmatic but with high standards for code quality.

Ability to work collaboratively across design, backend and product teams.

Passion for building fun, interactive experiences, and empathy for end users.

Good communication skills; able to explain trade-offs and suggest improvements.

Proactive attitude: identifying issues, making suggestions, taking ownership of features.

What We Offer

Competitive salary + equity

Budget for professional development (conferences, courses, tools).

A creative, motivated team working at the intersection of AI, games, and interactive experiences.

Cutting-edge tech stack, opportunity to make meaningful impact.
