The Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist will lead the firm’s marketing, branding, and creative design efforts. This role is responsible for managing the firm’s website, developing print and digital marketing materials, creating and maintaining brand assets, managing social media platforms and blogs, and supporting campaigns to strengthen the firm’s visibility in the community. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong design, marketing, and communication skills. Essential Duties: Website & Digital Presence Maintain, update, and optimize the firm’s website for functionality and user experience Monitor website performance and collaborate with IT/third-party providers when needed. Publish blog posts, announcements, and thought leadership pieces provided by staff and partners. Branding & Design Design and maintain the firm’s brand identity, including logos, templates, and style guidelines. Create print and digital marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, ads, reports, and presentations. Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual design across all platforms. Marketing Campaigns Design advertisements for newspapers, digital platforms, and local publications. Support community sponsorships and event promotions through creative design and marketing outreach. Assist with marketing strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Social Media & Communications Manage and update the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Develop engaging content and graphics for posts, aligned with the firm’s values and culture. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend ways to improve audience reach. Collaboration & Support Work closely with partners and operations to translate ideas into effective designs and campaigns. Provide creative support for internal communications and staff initiatives. Assist with special projects, including award submissions, event promotions, and firm announcements.

Education, Experience and Skill Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or graphic/web design. Experience working in professional services (CPA, law, consulting) is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva. Knowledge of website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS). Strong social media management skills and understanding of analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for visual storytelling.
