Texas Bar in good standing is required , and New York Bar admission is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with trucking litigation, product liability, and/or insurance defense. Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda and have strong academic credentials. Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required. Work Arrangement
