LHH is working with a client based in Chicago that is looking to hire multiple AI/ML Business Analyst to join our team for a 6+ month project. The role will be 100% remote and candidates MUST currently reside in one of the following areas to be considered

Philadelphia

Note: LHH CAN NOT work with ANY C2C consultants for this role, candidates MUST be willing to work as a W2 employee of LHH to be considered.
Candidates MUST have experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
A Mid-level Business Analyst typically plays a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization. Responsibilities may include:
Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
A Mid-level Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Seeking an experienced PowerBI, PowerAutomate and Azure Logic Apps Developer. Core Responsibilities
Power BI: - Build optimized data models, DAX measures, and reports; implement RLS and governance. - Connect to multiple sources including ADLS, SQL, and APIs; manage deployment pipelines and ALM. Power Automate: - Design cloud flows for process automation with error handling, approvals, and governance. - Package flows into solutions and manage ALM across environments. Azure Logic Apps: - Create secure, scalable workflows integrating with ADLS, APIs, and enterprise systems. Required Skills
Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling, performance tuning). Hands-on with Power Automate (cloud flows, ALM) and Azure Logic Apps (connectors, security). Proficiency in Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) integration and RBAC. Solid SQL, REST/OData, JSON/XML, and API integration knowledge. Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC (Bicep/ARM), and monitoring tools.
